ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Home Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will carry out a range of tasks that help us provide the quality care our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across care, housekeeping and catering. You will get plenty of variety and will be able to develop a broad range of skills along the way. Whether you are cooking up meals, keeping our environment well-maintained or spending one-to-one time with our residents, you will be delivering a warm and homely atmosphere where they always come first.
