Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver induction and development training across a region including Witney, Chipping Norton and Jersey homes.

You will travel to Jersey every six weeks for a four-day training period with paid travel and accommodation.

The role focuses on establishing development plans with Home Managers, coordinating training calendars and supporting new staff through coaching and buddy systems.
