Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including:
- Handling enquiries
- Developing the digital profile of the home

- Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

- Maintaining a contacts database
Requirements:
- Proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
- Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
- Interpersonal and professional qualities
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
- Full UK driving licence
