Competitive salary plus car allowance plus commission. Barchester are recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of first-class care homes in the region.   • Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
  • Have interpersonal and professional qualities
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
  • Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
  • Maintain a contacts database
