Barchester are recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of first-class care homes in the region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
  • Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
  • Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
  • Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain a contacts database.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare but not essential.
  • Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
  • Interpersonal and professional qualities.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Full UK driving licence.
