Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Gardener for its care home in West Parley. Your primary role will involve maintaining the grounds to ensure a welcoming and safe outdoor environment for residents. You'll be responsible for caring for plants, as well as looking after the equipment and structures within the grounds.
