Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of our Exeter care homes. You’ll lead the maintenance team, manage day-to-day tasks in the building and grounds, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.
You’ll liaise with contractors, support budget planning with the General Manager and apply hands-on trades skills, with reliability and IT literacy essential.
A full UK driving licence, GCSEs in Maths and English, and a proactive, caring approach are required.
