As the Divisional Clinical Lead Nurse for Barchester's Scotland and North East division, you'll use your leadership skills to ensure the provision of the quality and person-centred care and support we're known for. The role will cover nursing and residential homes across Scotland, North East and Cambridge area.
We'll look to you to supervise and motivate your national team, demonstrating confidence in a range of challenging environments. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Regional Directors, Home Managers, and senior clinical staff to implement key actions to address any issues and continually improve care standards.
To join as a Divisional Clinical Lead, you'll need to be an ambitious Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and evidence of continued professional development.
