Job responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming dining experiences for residents, families and visitors by serving meals and refreshments
- Ensure dining areas are clean, comfortable and inviting
- Collaborate with hospitality and kitchen teams to support day-to-day food and beverage service throughout the home
- Prepare dining areas, assist with serving residents and help with kitchen duties as needed

- Experience in a hospitality, catering or customer service environment
- A friendly, caring and professional approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- An understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
