As a Bank Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. Our ethos is all about celebrating life, so you'll help to devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability. It's an extremely rewarding role where you'll get to know our residents and their families before creating tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence and social engagement.
