We are currently looking for candidates based in Northern England and Scotland. Barchester has an exciting few years ahead with the continued successful achievement of our quality of care and commercial targets and the opening of 10 new build care homes per year for the next three years, taking our portfolio of homes and hospitals to just over 270 across the UK.
Due to Barchester's successful growth, we have invested in several new systems to be implemented across the business that will support every colleague across all our services to help improve resident and patient experience. The E-Care implementer will support the national implementation of the E-care projects, working collaboratively with the project team to ensure that the projects meet the strategic objectives and organisational agenda which is sustainable, supports quality and productivity.
This role will involve working in our homes across the Division leading the implementation of our E-Care roll-out digital solution EnabLE. Travel is frequent across the Division supporting all homes within the aligned region.
