Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first-class care home. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
- Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
NEED TO HAVE:
- Proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
- Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Interpersonal and professional qualities
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
- Full UK driving licence
NEED TO DO:
- Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner
- Responsible for all sales activity for the home
- Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
- Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
- Respond to sales enquiries
- Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
- Maintain a contacts database
