Competitive salary plus commission (12 month Maternity cover). Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first-class care home.

You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including:

  • Handling enquiries
  • Developing the digital profile of the home
  • Networking with the local community

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
  • Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
  • Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
  • Actively generating leads and identifying local marketing opportunities
  • Maintaining a contacts database

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
  • Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
  • Interpersonal and professional qualities
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Full UK driving licence
