Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead in Tees Valley, England. You will support quality care delivery, working closely with the General Manager and leading the team in their absence. You’ll ensure care standards are met and promote a positive environment for residents.

As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with NMC registration, you will have a significant role in mentoring and supervising staff while managing clinical risks and safeguarding investigations.
