As a Maintenance Assistant/Gardener at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that enable us to give our residents the quality care and support they deserve. We take real pride in the quality and appearance of our homes. We also know that our grounds can be a source of great enjoyment for our residents and their visitors. That's why your contribution as a Maintenance Assistant/Gardener will be so important. You'll maintain our buildings and gardens to the highest possible standards, creating positive first impressions and making a difference to the lives of our residents in this varied and fulfilling role.

Shift Times: 08:00-16:00, 3x Days a week, no weekends.

To join us as a Maintenance Assistant/Gardener, you'll need previous experience of maintenance and gardening. We'll also look for a caring, patient nature and a genuine interest in the people we support.
