Barchester is seeking a Night Community Lead for our Residential Care Homes. You will lead a team of Care Assistants and Senior Carers, ensuring quality, person-centred care during the evening and night.
The role includes training, supervision, and delegating duties on shift, plus support with medication administration, updating care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GPs, district nursing teams and families. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
