About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will look after the needs of residents to deliver quality, person‑centred care and support. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
As a Senior Care Assistant you will respect the dignity and preferences of residents and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.
About You
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving individualised care and support
