You will lead a small maintenance team, manage day-to-day repairs in buildings and gardens, liaise with contractors, and support annual budget planning with the General Manager.
The role requires hands-on trades experience, reliability, and a UK driving licence. IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English are expected.
