Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first‑class care home. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
  • Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE

  • Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
  • Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
  • Be self‑motivated and target driven
  • Have interpersonal and professional qualities
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
  • Full UK driving licence

NEED TO DO

  • Represent Barchester and our state‑of‑the‑art home in a friendly and professional manner
  • Responsible for all sales activity for the home
  • Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
  • Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
  • Respond to sales enquiries
  • Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
  • Maintain a contacts database
