About the Role

As a Bank Registered Nurse (RMN) at a Barchester independent mental health hospital, you'll use your compassion and experience to deliver the quality care and support we are known for. Working within a multi‑disciplinary team, you will provide care and support to patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours, helping to improve their quality of life by ensuring their needs are met and by treating each person with dignity and respect. You will listen to patients and provide and supervise the delivery of excellent nursing care, and enjoy the freedom and autonomy needed to make a real difference.

About You

You will need current NMC registration, up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical practices, and a strong understanding of CQC requirements and frameworks. A proactive approach and readiness for our personally‑tailored training programme are essential. You should be dedicated, compassionate, and have experience producing well‑developed care plans, undertaking risk assessments, and working as part of a clinical team.
