Barchester's marketing team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our fast paced Brand team. Reporting to the Campaign Manager and working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing, you'll bring commercial awareness, data driven thinking, and a passion for impactful offline campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference. Hybrid working, with one day in the office a week located in Finsbury Square, London.
In this role, you'll lead targeted activity to drive private pay enquiries for homes with higher vacancies or undergoing refurbishment. The role involves working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, so clear communication, strong attention to detail, and a customer focused approach are essential to support our operational teams effectively.
NEED TO DO- Deliver multi channel offline campaigns to boost enquiries and reduce cost per enquiry/conversion
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard
- Work with Operations to identify homes needing support and share performance updates
- Manage campaign inboxes and provide responsive support to homes on targeting and local activity
- Liaise with Development and Interior Design to stay updated on refurbishment timelines and share information via the tracker
- Work with Customer Experience to refine customer journeys and update tools and guidance
- Lead planning for post refurbishment events to drive awareness and enquiries
- Maintain reporting tools with up to date campaign and home level data
- Oversee media tracking (numbers, URLs) and report monthly performance
- Manage budgets, process invoices promptly, and flag risks or underspend
- Provide ad hoc support to Campaign Marketing and the Head of brand marketing
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence working with data to inform decisions
- A proactive, organised approach and a passion for delivering great work
- A minimum of 5 years marketing experience
