Barchester Healthcare have an opportunity for a Banking and Payments Team Assistant to join our established accounts team in Inverness. This role will include processing weekly payments via BACS and cheque, ensuring payment requests are accurate, and managing queries from both suppliers and internal colleagues.   • Review payment runs for large value items
  • Ensure urgent payment requests are picked up in next payment run
  • Ensure transactions are recorded on the general ledger
  • Reconcile bank accounts
