Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead clinical governance and quality of care across nine of our care homes in the specified regions. You will support performance, review governance data and KPIs, and identify practical strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and continual improvement in care.
Working closely with the Regional Director and senior clinical staff, you will drive training, attract senior clinicians, and deliver clinical.
