Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and ongoing development training for staff across 4 homes in the Reading/Wokingham/Bracknell region.
The role is home-based with travel to locations in the region and to external meetings as needed.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), a C&G 7300, and at least two years of training experience, plus a full UK driving licence to enable travel.
