Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Night Senior Carer to look after residents with quality, person-centred care. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
You will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, show warmth and compassion, and participate in ongoing training to progress into roles such as Care Practitioner.
