Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Divisional Activities Lead to support the activity coordinator staff across the Central Division and drive a whole home approach to life enrichment for residents. You will ensure alignment with the Care and Life Enrichment Framework to drive outstanding regulatory results, and you will travel across the country to support homes, including overnight stays as required.
