Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team of care staff, deliver warm, person-centred support and ensure high standards of daily care in our home.
You will supervise shifts, train colleagues and delegate duties while safeguarding residents' dignity and wellbeing.
You will assist with administering and ordering medication, review and update resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nurses and families to coordinate care.
