The HR Administrator provides support to all teams across Barca-Leeds, liaising with external candidates for recruitment and onboarding new starters. Reporting to the HR Manager for performance and day-to-day duties, working closely with the HR Advisors who delegate administrative tasks. We aim to provide a high level of customer service both internally and externally, focusing on being approachable and helpful.
In this role you will support employees and line managers with queries and recruitment administration and will be involved in:
- Recruiting and onboarding new starters.
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
- Managing the HR administration workflow.
- Providing general HR support across teams.
We welcome candidates with an interest in working in the charity sector, an open-plan office environment and strong IT skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Cezanne HR software or Team Tailor applicant tracking system (advantage).

This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week with a salary of £24,969 pro-rata. All our roles are subject to funding.
