What will the role look like? Taking minutes of meetings, writing them up accurately within strict timeframes and distributing them to solicitors, social workers and the court. Supporting key individuals within the FDAC team to co‑ordinate multi‑agency meetings, support team traceability, distribute reports and resources, and effectively manage communications with outside agencies. Maintaining the FDAC database and developing and supporting data collation processes; supporting the FDAC manager with monitoring and impact, which includes collating report information, service evaluation forms, case studies and promoting a high quality FDAC service. Supporting the FDAC team in an administrative capacity: maintaining up‑to‑date paperwork, filing, scanning and helping the team meet court deadlines. Ensuring confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the work.

What we are looking for? Ability to work within a multi‑disciplinary team and maintain an organised approach to support both self and team. Capacity to respond positively to change in a fast‑paced service environment. Strong communication skills: able to follow discussions, communicate clearly and concisely to support collaborative partnership working.

Contract Details: This is a fixed‑term, part‑time role of 21 hours per week until 31/03/2027. Salary £24,969 pro‑rata.
