Role Overview: The role will be based within Barca’s Children and Young People’s Service but focused on families referred through the Headingley and Kirkstall Cluster. The priority is to help families overcome barriers through focused interventions and family‑centred goals, particularly those preventing or reducing engagement with learning and school.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
- Experience working with a whole family approach.
- Skills to manage a client caseload.
Job Details:
- Contract: Fixed‑term until 31/03/2027.
- Salary (FTE): £27,000 – £29,050.
- Interviews scheduled for 03 and 04 June 2026.
