The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

You will deliver early interventions to prevent homelessness and other housing related issues. The people that you will be working with will have experienced a range of complex issues including homelessness, substance misuse, and mental health issues.

We work in a person-centred way to ensure that we build strong relationships with the people we support. We are looking for driven and energetic individuals to join this team to enable working in partnership with other services to support people to access services and interventions they need to build their resilience, gain confidence and acquire the personal and social assets they need to move forward.

We welcome applications from people who can work in a proactive way and apply creative solutions to reduce barriers, someone who understands and cares about the needs of the individual and is not easily phased. Building the relationship can be difficult but with your consistent support and being a key point of contact to meet individual needs.
