Role Overview
The role will be based within Barca’s Children and Young People’s Service but focused on families referred through the Headingley and Kirkstall Cluster. The priority is to help families overcome barriers through focused interventions and family‑centred goals, particularly those preventing or reducing engagement with learning and school.

- Skills to manage a client caseload.

- Contract: Fixed‑term until 31/03/2027.
- Salary (FTE): £27,000 – £29,050.
