Wellbeing Coordinator

What will the role look like?

The role will be based in the city-wide social prescribing service, Linking Leeds. You will be part of the developing Targeted Social Prescribing Team within Linking Leeds, supporting cohorts of individuals across Leeds. Your aim is to make a real difference in people\’s lives and to be a keen advocate for the benefits of supporting people with health and social care needs to access community support, by linking them to local groups and activities; enabling them to achieve improved health and wellbeing.

What we are looking for?

We seek someone who can support individuals to build independence and personal resilience, enabling self-management of their health and wellbeing. This will be tailored to each person\’s needs. A key aspect of the role is the ability to quickly build trusting relationships, motivate individuals to make sustained changes, work sensitively, and overcome barriers to access.

This is a fixed-term position until the end of March 2026. We welcome applications from those with less experience who feel they possess the skills, share the organisation\’s values, and are eager to develop in the role and gain experience.
