We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, resilient and passionate to join our Engage Leeds Team. Engage Leeds is a city-wide housing-related support service working with adults (18+) to prevent homelessness, sustain accommodation and integrate people into communities.
The individual is required to carry a caseload and work on a one-to-one basis with people within their own homes, promoting empowerment and independence, as part of the wider Engage Leeds team and service. We work in a person-centred way to build relationships with people we support and we are looking for driven and energetic individuals to deliver individual, positive, solution-focused plans to the people we support, within the West wedge of the city, in relation to their housing needs.
