Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, promotion, and delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences, specifically through webinars and in‑person events.
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns and events organized and successful.
  • Keep marketing documents, calendars, and asset libraries organized and up to date.
  • Support with data entry, report preparation, and communication.
  • Help track and manage merchandise inventory, including organizing, distributing, and ensuring accurate stock counts.
  • Provide administrative support and event diary management to the marketing and business development teams.
  • Provide day‑to‑day project support for multi‑channel campaigns with a specific focus on events.
  • Help produce and repurpose content into reusable marketing assets (e.g., photos, videos, polls, highlights, quotes, summaries, follow‑up content).
