We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our vibrant Strategic Client Partnerships team in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and driven by the desire to help our students achieve their career goals. As an SDR, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales growth and building client relationships.
- Managing a significant volume of inbound and outbound activity.
- Using data to identify prospects and opportunities.
- Engaging clients through outbound calls and prospecting emails.
- Communicating our product offerings and handling common questions.
- Utilising Salesforce, Cognism, and other lead generation tools.
- Scheduling appointments for the Business Development Director.
- Providing regular sales reports and updates.
- Attending industry events to network and promote BARBRI's products.
Essential Requirements:
- Interest and experience as a SDR with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong capability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
- Highly professional demeanour and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism.
- Experience in the education or training sector.
- Experience with law students and lawyers in the United Kingdom.
Location: London (permanent contract). Hybrid Working mandatory from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
