Position Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Lead for our Major E-Commerce partners to join our Marketing team based in London. The role will support the Head of Marketing in delivering commercial success in the UK & Ireland. You will help develop and implement seasonal, customer-centric marketing campaigns with an aim to successfully deliver our joint vision and help achieve the commercial plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Excellence

  • Support with building out priorities and implementation of marketing campaigns to successfully deliver the 5 year plan for Barbour’s Major E-com partners.

Seasonal Campaign Planning

  • Drive online priorities through the UK&IE Online accounts and pure players, working with Central teams to successfully balance global vision with local requirements, support seasonal campaign initiatives and business priorities, and ensure the right assets are created to set our digital wholesale partners up for success.

Creative Briefing

  • Manage briefing process of central creative teams, partner teams & agencies and liaise between them and Barbour to ensure a positive outcome of elevated, seasonal marketing activations, aligning to the agreed objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with Barbour’s UK&IE Sales & KAM teams and partner teams, to understand seasonal & commercial priorities and adapt marketing plans to help grow Barbour’s business throughout the season.

Brand Guardian

  • Be the Brand Guardian and key point of contact between wholesale e-com partners and Barbour’s Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital & Social teams to ensure alignment to agreed, seasonal & commercial plans, brand activations and standards.

Project Management & KPI Tracking

  • Ensure project overviews are built out for each marketing activation and performance is tracked, recorded, analysed, reported and shared with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Understand successes and areas of improvement for future seasons.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven digital marketing experience & understanding of the wider digital eco-system.
  • A passion for the premium & luxury fashion industry and professional experience gained within successful British or global lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrates high standards of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time management ability.
