We organise over 500 large‐scale branded and transaction‐oriented events across 14 specialist markets. These flagship annual events bring buyers and sellers together to build relationships, showcase products, and conduct business. In addition, we supply year‐round online platforms where companies showcase their offerings, buyers conduct research, and data and digital content support market knowledge and transaction flow. Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
    • Develop and implement multi‐channel marketing campaigns to drive audience acquisition, engagement, and retention for Vitafoods Europe.
    • Create compelling content and messaging tailored to target audiences across email, social media, PR and other digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand positioning and impactful marketing strategies.
    • Build relationships with media partners and work with the Marketing Assistant to enhance brand visibility, expand audience reach and amplify the campaign.
    • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Operation Manager to brief event registration, assist with testing, email set‐up and registration monitoring.
    • Support the Marketing Assistant with the set‐up and management of advocacy tools Feathr and Ingo, ensuring accurate setup and optimisation throughout the campaign.
  • Project Management
    • Take full ownership of assigned marketing projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
    • Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate with cross‐functional teams—including sales, event operations, brand and sponsorship—to align marketing efforts with event goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for optimisation.
    • Segment data for targeted email campaigns.
    • Prepare detailed reports on marketing KPIs and ROI, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with the event team to understand objectives, audience needs and market trends.
    • Build strong relationships with the brand, content sales, sponsorship and event operations teams to ensure that projects are delivered in line with key objectives.

Qualifications

  • Degree level education.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within events or a related industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software and analytics tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data‐driven decisions.
