Overview

Join the Client Services Representative role at Barbour ABI. This permanent position focuses on delivering exceptional client service and driving renewal opportunities within a defined portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an unrivalled account management service to your allocated set of clients.
  • Understand client needs and map them to the Barbour ABI product portfolio.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets on account renewals.
  • Proactively seek growth opportunities within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Maintain regular client contact to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients via Teams to review accounts, secure renewals, and promote additional products.
  • Ensure client requests and training requirements are met promptly and to a high standard.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the business for continual improvement.
  • Log client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Understand and communicate regular product updates to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar Client Services / Account Management role.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Determination to exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Good objection handling.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Salary: Β£26,500 per annum.
  • Hybrid working for everyone.
  • 3pm finish on a Friday.
  • 25 to 30 days holiday; Day off for your birthday; Pension and Life Assurance.
