Overview
Legal for Lettings is a law firm that was founded to provide straightforward, fuss‑free, competitively priced legal services to landlords and letting agents.
The firm is a wholly‑owned subsidiary of the UK’s largest tenant‑referencing provider in the private rented sector – Barbon Insurance Group – and a member of the growing international PIB Group.

Responsibilities
- Draft and serve possession notices on tenants renting in England and Wales.
- Draft claim forms and particulars of claim for possession and debt matters.
- Submit court claims for issue.
- Prepare court hearing bundles and liaise with clients and agents to ensure all necessary documents are provided.
- Support senior paralegals with defended litigation by coordinating with clients and policy holders regarding case prospects and risks.
Qualifications
- A passion for customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Computer literate – demonstrate use of MS Office.
- Rapport‑building skills to engage and maintain relationships with customers.
