Barbican Centre is seeking a Chief Experience Officer to lead the transformation of how audiences, visitors, supporters and communities experience the Barbican. You will work closely with the CEO, COO and Chief of Staff to shape the organisation’s future through commercial leadership, innovation, audience insight and cultural ambition.
This senior role requires delivering transformational growth, leading large, diverse teams and substantial budgets, and strengthening partnerships.
