Contractual Hours: 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day operation, supervision, and delivery of world‑class programme in Concert Hall and associated onsite and offsite locations.
- Support stage management, including team supervision and event health & safety compliance.
- Attend rehearsals, oversee load‑ins and load‑outs, liaison with artists.
- Ensure stage crew is assigned and maintenance tasks are completed.
- Apply knowledge of event staging procedures, orchestra set‑ups and Health & Safety regulations.
- Lead and manage a team, multitask and maintain excellent interpersonal communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in event staging and a multi‑arts venue Concert Hall or similar environment.
- Proven knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Positive attitude under challenging circumstances.
- Availability for weekend and evening work.
