We are looking for a customer-focused Relationship Associate to support our Relationship Managers across personal and business banking. This role is ideal for someone with front-line banking experience who enjoys helping customers, managing documentation and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey. This is not an AML/KYC Analyst or Financial Crime role. It is a customer-service and operations-focused banking position.

The Role

  • Supporting Relationship Managers with day-to-day customer needs
  • Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Managing onboarding for personal and business banking customers
  • Collecting and checking documentation
  • Following up with customers to ensure all information is complete
  • Processing account opening requests and updates
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Ensuring customers receive a smooth, positive journey from start to finish
