Job Description
Our Banking client is looking for Customer Relations Support to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Ideal candidate must have either a Retail, Private Banking or Commercial Banking background.\\nResponsibilities include (but not limited to):\\n * To assist in the customers journey from account opening to closing of their accounts.\\n * To advise customers on movement of funds both in and out of the bank.\\n * To assist customers in the completion of payment instructions.\\n * To review customer documentation, carrying out necessary controls to ensure accuracy of static data.\\n * To maintain customer records.\\n * To deal with customer queries.\\n * To keep in regular contact with customers and respond to their needs.\\n * To assist Management in handling various clients in a mature and responsible manner.\\n * To ensure a good knowledge and understanding is acquired of all banking services offered to clients.\\n * To familiarise yourself with all banking forms and clearly understand them, thus enabling you to contact customers/prospective customers.\\n * To comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations as set out by the Bank.\\n * To read and understand Marketing Reports written by Management.\\n * To ensure that KYC documentation is completed and updated for customers.\\n * To ensure enhanced due diligence is carried out on customers who are required to.\\n * To report monthly statistics.\\n * To assist the Back office in the verification of payments (CHAPS and SWIFT).\\n * To assist the Back office when needed in their operational needs.\\nExperience and Skills:\\n * Two years relevant Banking experience.\\n * Experience of working in a relationship management role or customer centric role delivering high levels of customer service.\\n * Demonstrable experience of effective management of customer databases.\\nFor more information on this role please contact Barbara Houghton by sending your CV and quoting ref 16846BH
