Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This will be hybrid working.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Build & maintain relationships with our key contacts & strategic partners
- Create solutions for clients & partnerships to unlock opportunities
- Host regular progress meetings with corporate clients
- Deliver a cohesive & engaging Financial Education programme
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop partnership offerings
- Hosting effective partner / client events either virtually or in person
- Deliver meaningful engagement reports
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a corporate relationship role
- Experience in working alongside people in HR, Reward, Share Plans, Pensions or Employee Benefits is a plus
- Highly IT literate, including MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
