We are looking for a customer‑focused Relationship Associate to support our Relationship Managers across personal and business banking. This role is ideal for someone with front‑line banking experience who enjoys helping customers, managing documentation and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.
The Role
- Supporting Relationship Managers with day‑to‑day customer needs
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
- Managing onboarding for personal and business banking customers
- Collecting and checking documentation
- Following up with customers to ensure all information is complete
- Processing account opening requests and updates
- Maintaining accurate customer records
