Responsibilities

  • Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar
  • Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
  • Restock bar supplies as needed and ensure stock levels are maintained throughout shifts
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to licensing laws
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables when required during busy periods
  • Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests

Qualifications
