We are looking for a part-time weekend Cocktail Bartender to join our team sligning drinks at Corrochio's, Corrochio's Cantina, and Cinco FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AVAILABILITY ESSENTIAL As well as being able to work late nights (latest 3am).

  • Hours - Part-time - We can offer 14-20 hours per week between Friday-Sunday
  • Thorough classic cocktail knowledge
  • Experience working in both dispense and service bars
  • passionate about making great drinks
  • Passionate about giving great customer experience
  • Fast at service and possesses a sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and high standards

  • Some one with knowledge of (or keen to learn about!) native Mexican spirits & cuisine £15.50-£17 p/h (inclusive of holiday pay and TRONC) plus additional service charge and tips.
