Santo Remedio – Award winning Mexican restaurant & cafe on Tooley Street, London Bridge, is seeking a part-time Bartender to mix cocktails, provide guest service across the City and West End, and help train junior bar staff in a fast-paced environment.
You will work 25–30 hours per week (Wednesday to Sunday) at up to £16 per hour (including tronc). Strong knowledge of Mezcal and Tequila cocktails, English proficiency, and cost awareness are highly valued in this role.
