- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine to brand and spec.

- Working efficiently during high-volume services, parties, and special events.
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar at all times.
- Following all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
